ABOUT
Ray & Chrome
ChromeCode is a discipline coaching brand that treats the mindset like an operating system. You install codes, the disciplines, that get things done.

THE STORY
Chrome and Ray coexist.
Chrome is the protector of Ray. These are codes that were built, and Chrome operates those lines of code.
- > code_01Brooklyn, age 10
At ten, Ray's family came apart and he went into foster care in Bed-Stuy. An odd kid who did not fit in. That is where Chrome showed up.
- > code_02The first line
The first time Ray heard Chrome tell him how to handle something, it worked. So he listened again, and again. A survival program, written one line at a time.
- > code_03The name
Then the U.S. Army. The injuries from those years left him held together by titanium and metal implants, and with the name that stuck: Sgt. Chrome.
- > code_04The road
Tampa, Amsterdam, Shanghai, Singapore, Miami, Tampa again, Dubai. New cities, new rooms, new starts. Every reboot ran the same code.
- > code_05The code, written down
In 2023 he wrote it down: Chrome.Code: 21 Disciplines for Success. In 2025, The Confidence Hack. Today he coaches 1:1 from Dubai.
- > code_06Two sides, one coin
Ray is the father, the nice guy, the one Sky gets. Chrome is the protector, the one the world gets. Chrome steps in when Ray can't, and has since Ray was 10.
“They said Bed-Stuy would break me. I said hold my code.”

- Balance. 1:1.
- The coin never stays there on its own.
- The work is standing it back up.
> The coin always falls.> One side takes over.> Discipline is standing it back up.
“You are not your trauma. But you are responsible for what you do with it.”
“Let your system do the work. Your emotions are not required to show up.”
