Code 03: Foster a Growth Mindset

“A growth mindset allows for continuous learning, improvement, and the belief that abilities can be developed. Through my military training and experiences, I learned to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and to constantly seek self-improvement.”
CHROME.CODE: 21 DISCIPLINES FOR SUCCESS

WHAT IT IS

When we believe that our abilities and intelligence can be developed, we become more open to embracing challenges. They cease to be sources of fear and instead become stepping stones towards our goals.

DAILY PRACTICE

  4. Cultivate a Love for Learning. Lifelong curiosity.
